fix(wiki): align live-trading copy with shipped Robinhood Agentic support; hide footer counter until data loads

The wiki still claimed 'no live trading / does not execute live trades', which contradicts the shipped opt-in bounded Robinhood Agentic channel (and the README). Aligns home, docs, and alpha-library copy with the README's framing. Also fixes a CSS specificity bug where .footer-traffic{display:flex} overrode the [hidden] attribute, showing placeholder dashes before /api/stats data arrived.
