Kada Liao 2e5ea4fc17 docs: add Chinese beginner tutorial 
Add a Chinese beginner-facing wiki tutorial and link it from the tutorial index, keeping broker/trading guidance conservative around read-only, paper, mandate, kill switch, and fail-closed boundaries.

Local verification: diff check, HTML/resource/id validation, sensitive-claim scan, and local wiki HTTP fetches passed.
