fix(wiki): cache-bust main.js so browsers load the traffic-counter JS immediately

main.js is browser-cached up to 4h; the fresh HTML still pointed at the unversioned /main.js, so returning visitors kept running the pre-counter JS and the footer never populated. Versioned query forces an immediate fetch of the new module.
